  • Plan is for the physician owner to go out of the country for 3-4 months every year
  • Phone call when the physician owner is not working
  • Spanish speaking patient population – must be fluent in Spanish
  • Office sees about 25-35 patients per day – this will be shared amongst the providers
  • EMR: InSync

  • Patient population is about 50% Medicare/HMO, 15% private/commercial insurance, 20% capitated Medicaid, and 5% cash pay
