A Psychiatrist is needed to provide locum coverage for medical center near Greenville, SC.

 Description:

• Fulltime psychiatrist needed for the ED
• 24-hour coverage.
• Shifts are 8 hours during the week and holidays & 12 hours on the weekend.
• NO call
• Dedicated behavioral health pod of the ED with annualized volume of about 7,000 patients
• 8-10 consults/shift, including tele-psych
• Treating full range of psychiatric conditions (substance abuse, mood disorders, ODD, ADHD, autism, psychotic disorders)
• EMR is EPIC
• Technology is Dragon dictation
• 60+ days to credential

Requirements:

• Active & unrestricted South Carolina license & DEA
• BC/BE in Psych
• Graduate from accredited residency program in Psychiatry
• Active BLS cert
