Primary Care - Sacramento, CA
Duration: January 2024 - June 2024 – estimated to last up to one year (90 minimum requirement)
Schedule: Client prefers full-time (will consider 3 – 5 days per week )
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p
Call: None
Patient volume: must be comfortable seeing up to 20 ppd once ramped up
Scope: Outpatient primary care
If IM trained must be able to see patients ages 18-100
If FP trained MUST be able to see patients ages 0-100
EMR: Epic (experience required)
Group/support: Full subspecialty support
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have Primary Care experience within 12 months
