- Hospital employed, join a network of primary care providers (physicians and advanced practice professionals) offering a wide spectrum of patient care in the outpatient setting
- Seven established clinics in and nearby city of Watertown
- Physician position at one designated location
- No call
- Hospitalist service takes hospital admissions
- Catchment population: 250,000
- Large network of specialty services making patient referrals convenient and efficient
- Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division
- Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary: $275,000, plus a WRVU productivity model
- Signing bonus: $50,000
- Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
- Relocation reimbursement: $15,000
