Medical Center is seeking full and part-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians to join our outpatient-only Primary Care team in Medford, Oregon area. This is an opportunity to join our amazing team of physicians, advance practice providers, and an excellent support staff. We offer flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required.

  • Year 1 – Base salary of $270K
  • Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives of up to $40,000
  • Educational stipends available
  • $60,000 signing bonus
  • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
  • Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
  • 240 hours authorized time off
  • Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement
  • 4 day work week
  • Flexible scheduling
  • H1 & J1 visas welcome
