Employed Outpatient Position with Community Health Organization, Academic Affiliation, and Located near the Beaches of Delaware Looking to add a Family Practice Physician

Position:
– 100% outpatient family medicine
– Recently remodeled clinic with 10 exam rooms, telehealth room, and offices for the providers
– Patient population averages around 30% pediatrics and 70% adult care. Prenatal and Postpartum care, no deliveries
– 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week; 4-days in office and 1-day have option of telehealth from home or on site
– Academic affiliation, ACO member, FQHC, Public and Global Health initiatives, Prenatal Community outreach, Student Loan, State Loan, and more
– Base salary with yearly % Increase, full benefits, paid mal-practice, paid CME, 401k with match and more

Location
– 40,000-person community with 18% growth, located in a county of 200,000
– Under 60 miles to Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Atlantic City with easy commutes to New York City, Norfolk, Richmond and more
– 3 Universities within minutes, competitive public schools, and multiple private schools to choose from
– 4 International Airports within 100 miles of the facility – multiple ways to commute in an out
