SD | Family Medicine | $150k Sign-on | $260k+ Annual | Relocation Assistance

Established Group in southern South Dakota seeking a permanent Family Medicine Physician. Excellent reputation in the community!

Position:
– Reason for need: Retirement / Illness in the practice
– Support Staff: 4 APPs
– Mixture of Inpatient / Outpatient
– ED (emergency department) responsibilities
– 4-4.5 day work week
– 1:5 weekend call – Weeknight 1st call covered by APPs, 2nd call covered by MD/DO
– Roughly 15 patients per day +/-

Financials:
– $12,000 moving expenses
– $150,000 sign on bonus/CNL (could be more, but would like to start with this figure)
– $5,000 CME (increases every 5 years – maxes out at $7500)
– Retention payment 5% of base salary capped out at $15,000
