Endocrinology position - Visa Support - Nebraska - 325K Salary - 25K Sign on

Overview:

– 116-bed regional referral center serving west Nebraska, northern Kansas and northern Colorado.
– Leapfrog Group’s Top Rural Hospital 2019 and 2020
– Locally owned, not for profit – Draw area of 160K
– Lead the Endocrinology service line
– Sole Endocrinologist in a large service area
– Full support staff to include Advanced Practice Provider
– Outpatient practice on Hospital Campus
– No Inpatients, though will be primary consult for hospitalist team during work day

Compensation:

– Guaranteed Salary – 300K for 3 years, 325K for 2 years
– Additional earning through WRVU production
– 25K sign on
– 20K relocation
– 4 weeks PTO
– Additional 2 weeks for holidays
– 2 weeks CME with 6K allowance
– 401k with 4 percent match

– Can assist with J1 and H1 support
