Trauma Surgery Opportunity - SC

New Trauma Surgery Opportunity - SC - 1.5 hours to the beach

- Start date - 8/1/2023
- 6-month 1099 locum contract with an option to extend
- Schedule - M - F - 7a - 5p - Half day in clinic seeing post-op patients, will round on 10 - 20 patients a day in addition to trauma consults
- Call - shared call 1:9 24-hour call rotation - weekend is either Thur & Sat or Fri & Sun
- 500-bed level ll - operating as level l - surgery volume 5-10 per week
- Procedures - Blunt trauma, penetrating trauma, emergent procedures with GS
- Travel and lodging are provided
- $3000 daily rate - plus additional pager and call back pay - no gratis
- Must be BC - Surgical CC, SC license & DEA
