2 Practice Located in The South Bend and Fort Wayne, Indiana Area Are Looking For an Associate to Join The Private Group

Practice:
– Ability to perform general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry including Implants
– Digital x-ray, soft tissue lasers, cone beam CT, digital pano, ITero scanner and more
– One clinic has 4 ops, with 2 hygienist, 2 assistants, and admin support
– One clinic has 8 ops, with 4 hygienist, 4 assistants, and admin support
– Both clinics average over 34 new patients a month, and average around an 80% Operative to 20% hygiene in total production
– Both clinics eclipsed over 1 million in production last year, both on pace to do more
– Tenured owner, willing to mentor on higher acuity cases, and or production speed if desired
– Clinics are opened Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
– Clinic is a PPO and FFS practice

Position
– Doctors work different schedules giving ability to work 3-5 days a week
– Daily guarantee of $700-$800 with % of Production once exceed
– Ability to earn over $400,000 a year, uncapped
– Open to Equity and or Partnership if desired
– 401k with match, $1,000 in CE reimbursement, pay for scrubs, pay for equipment, cover labs 100%

– Northwest Indiana, multiple communities like Fort Wayne, Warsaw, Elkhart, South Bend and more to live in
– 23 college/universities within a 50 mile radius
– Multiple A ranked public and private schools to choose from
