Position:
– Pediatric Dentist needed with a busy practice established 38 years ago
– Join 4 other Pediatric and 1 General DDS
– Campus includes Pediatric Clinic, Treatment Clinic, and Surgery Center
– Averaging 25 patients daily-Hygiene is done by hygienist
– Perm/Full time 3-4 days per week- Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30 and Friday 8:30-3:00 Closed on Weekends
– 5 OPS with large support staff
– Current offices are state-of-the-art and fully equipped
– EMR-Dentrix Enterprise
– Ownership available
– Payer Mix- 85% Medicaid (title-19)
– General Anesthesia

Offering:
– Daily Guarantee of $1.300 then switching to 35% collections- ability to make $400k+
– Sign-on + relocation of $25,000, CE, Student loan reimbursement of $50k per year (up to 5 years)
401k company matches dollar for dollar up to 3%; at 4% match is 3.5%; at 5% match is 4%
– License Renewals covered, Health insurance that includes the spouse/children. The practice pays 80% of the premium for individual coverage; 75% of employee/children coverage; 50% of family coverage.
