Position:
– Community Health General Dentistry-with option for more complex cases
– Private Group with 3 locations in Oquawka, Stronghurst, and Monmouth IL
– Join one other Full time DDS
– 4 day work week Monday-Thursday
– 4OPS, 2 assistants, 2 Hygienist, 1 office manager.
– General Sedation
– 20 New patients monthly
– Worked with the Underserved
– Payer Mix is 70 Medicare and 30% Insurance
– Dentures, Crowns, and Wave 1 Root Canal
– All labs sent out
– Visa Candidates Welcome
– Student Loan Reimbursement
– EMR-Epic
Offering:
– Compensation is straight base $190k (depending on experience), sign-on is $10k, and 401k with 3% match
– $2k Relocation, CE $2,500-5days, PTO 15days+5sick days+2 personal days, $5k towards personal health insurance
