Primary Care Physician Need Near Jamestown, NY - FM or IM

This is Taylor Kennedy with Austin Major Group, regarding a Primary Care Physician need in the Jamestown NY area.

JOB INFORMATION

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed (30 days average)
• 1-2 providers needed
• Outpatient: 15-20 PPD, (90% adult, 10% peds)
• Avg calls 0-5; directing to urgent care or ER, calling in antibiotics, etc. Candidate would not go onsite for calls.
• Reason for need: Provider retiring

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION

• # Shifts/Month: 20-25
• Monday – Friday weekly, One Saturday per month (randomly chosen)
• If call is needed, it will be for consults all week long. No clinic on Sunday (only call)
• *Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri | 8a-4:30p hourly
• *Weeknight call offsite 5p-8a
• *Thursday 10a – 6p
• *Sat 8a-12p w/ call
• *Sun 8a-8a call only
