Oncologist

Join Oncology Care Partners as a full-time Oncologist and be on the forefront of a new value-based, cancer care model serving patients throughout Phoenix, Arizona. You will be providing care at a dedicated and state-of-the-art Oncology clinic which features on-site infusion as well as on-site lab draws. The new care model the clinic operates under not only focuses on ensuring that patients receive high-quality and comprehensive cancer care, but that physicians have the resources, support, autonomy and time needed to ensure that quality of care. As such, physicians will see no more than 17 to 20 patients per day - with time allocated for patient visits dependent on need rather than quantity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and mission-driven team working to improve how patients receive cancer care throughout Phoenix, Arizona.

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Call covers own patient panel, is shared with an APC
• Infusion center on-site
• Quality incentive bonus provided
• Must be board-certified/board-eligible
• 1 to 5 years’ experience required
