JOB INFORMATION
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed (30-45 days)
- 20k-30k volume, 1.8 PPH, *No Trauma, *EMR: EPIC
SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION
- # Shifts/Month: 12
- 36 hours of physician coverage (7p-7a, 11p-11a, 7a-7p)
- OR 24 hours of physician coverage (7a-7p, 7p-7a) with 20 hours of Midlevel Coverage
REQUIREMENTS
*Active Illinois License, *IMLC providers, *DEA Required
*Board Status: ABEM, BC, BE
*Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
