Family Medicine Director Position in Pennsylvania - Scranton area - Community Health

Practice Overview:

– Health center serving northeast Pennsylvania for 40 years
– Medical home offering primary care, behavioral health, women’s health, and Dentistry
– Lead a team consisting of 6 Nurse practitioners – Overseeing care at 3 locations
– Will not visit multiple locations per day
– Clinical director to assist with administrative duties – 85-90 percent clinical, 10-15 percent admin
– Primary care focus – Will not be primary collaborator for mental health patients
– 40-minute appointment times for new patients, 20 minutes for established – No “double-booking”
– Can do 4-day weeks, if desired – No weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

– 230K base salary
– 50 student loan assistance through NHSC
– 24 PTO days plus 8 holidays
– Up to 5K relocation
– 1,500 CE allowance
– Health, Dental, Vision
– Malpractice covered
