Private practice in The Heart of Washington looking for someone who desires ownership, partnership, or equity into the practice is needed!

Practice:
– Current owner is averaging over $100,000 a month, and over $1.2 million a year in production on his own
– Have one fulltime RDH and one part-time RDH, producing over $200,000 a year in production
– DDS and RDHs both averages 120+ patient visits a month, practice is also averaging over 18 new patients a month
– Practice has 5 ops, i-cat 3D, CBCT, sedation dentistry including IV, and is set up for all oral surgery, Implants, cosmetic surgery, Botox, sleep apnea, and OMS procedures
– Practices established in 1993, same owner and The Dentist of the area, open to mentoring if needed – will continue to work there as long as needed
– FFS and PPO only, 97% collection rate of all production

Financials:
– Ability for ownership/purchase, partnership, or just earning sweat equity in the practice
– Guarantee will be given, then 33% of collections minus a % of labs
– IRA with match, medical insurance, and $2,000 CE given
– 4-5 day work week, really up to you
– Uncapped earning ability
