Overview:

– Employed by a 90 bed, mission-oriented hospital serving Wyoming for 70 years

– Join 1 FP, 1 IM, and 1 Nurse Practitioner
– Outpatient only
– Average 18 – 20 patients per day – Focus on “people”
– 4.5-day work week (8-5 M-Thurs, 8-12 Fri)

Compensation:

– 270K base salary plus RVU production (averages 5K-20K)
– 12,500 annual quality bonus
– 7,500 per year for APP supervision
– 100K student loan assistance OR 100K housing assistance
– 30K Sign on
– 15K Relocation
– 6 weeks PTO (includes 8 national holidays)
– 5K CE Allowance and additional 5 days off
– 403B Retirement Plan with 6 percent match
– License, dues, and memberships
– 1,500-dollar monthly residency stipends, if applicable
– Health, Dental, Vision
– Can assist with J1 and H1
