– Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital – 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
– Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
– Established clinic – Specialty Suite housing Rheum, Nephrology, and Endo
– Infusion not required
– No call
Compensation:

– 290K Salary
– 30K Retention (10K per year over 3 years)
– 40K Sign on
– Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan – Completely independent from your contributions
o Hospital contributes $14,500 per year for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $29,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
– Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
– 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
