Overview:
– Employed by 99 bed community hospital providing care to 12 counties
– Not for profit facility employs 68 Physicians in 35 areas of medicine
– Must be BC/BE
– General ORS focus including total knee and total hip- Current potential of 450 cases per year
– Prefer candidate with interest/experience in minimally invasive procedures
– Sub-specialists welcome (could be 25-30 percent of practice)
– Join 2 Orthopedic Surgeons and 2 experienced Ortho PAs
– Hospitalist and ER support in place
– 1:3 Call

Compensation:
– Guaranteed median salary for 2-3 years, come off this and go to wRVU’s once bonus exceeded
– Current providers all earning over $700,000
– Up to 100K in student loan assistance
– Residency stipends
– Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
– 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
– Comprehensive benefits
– Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent
