Anesthesiology Position in Illinois - 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off - 515K Salary -50K Sign on

Overview:

– Employed by 99 bed community hospital providing care to 12 counties
– Not for profit facility employs 68 Physicians in 35 areas of medicine
– Recruiting due to growth
– Join 1 Anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs
– 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule
– General focus with an emphasis on ORS, GI, and OBGYN
– Care team approach- 95 percent supervision
– CRNAs take first call, Anesthesiologists take second call (1:2 backup rotation, Monday – Friday – Average 1 onsite call per month)

Compensation:

– Guaranteed annual salary of 515,000
– Up to 50K in student loan assistance
– Up to 50K Sign on
– Residency stipends
– 10K Relocation
– 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
– Comprehensive benefits
– Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent
