Practice Overview:

– Employed by locally owned, 99 bed community hospital providing care to 12 counties
– Average retention across all specialties of 10 years
– Expert staff including Advanced Practice Provider support
– Can do outpatient only or traditional Current
– Will proctor on inpatient if desired
– No call or weekends required
– Choose your own schedule after 2 years

Compensation Overview:

– Demonstrated 350K income
– Up to 100K student loan assistance
– Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
– 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
– Comprehensive benefits
– Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent
