DESCRIPTION: I am looking for a Primary Care Physician to provide coverage in Oklahoma. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population ages 2 and up. Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable with age 2+
Target Start Date: April - June 2022
Monday – Friday 8a-5p
On-site clinic for employees and their families ages 2 and up with 2-3 years of in a clinical setting
Fast credentialing
EMR: Athena
REQUIRED:
Board Certified MD/DO
BLS or ACLS
OK License active and unrestricted
Dispensing License
