Outpatient Internist:
Interested in dividing time between your own private practice within an established IM faculty practice and teaching/supervising Internal Medicine residents in their ambulatory clinic?
Position available immediately for a F/T Clinician Educator at a community-based hospital in Atlanta, GA.
Join a longstanding fully-accredited Internal Medicine residency training program with committed core faculty and a solid track record of academic achievement and subspecialty fellowship placements. Our GME Internal Medicine group has enjoyed long-term faculty retention and is currently expanding under newly revised institutional workforce plans. Candidate would be expected to assist in the development of a Primary Care outpatient curriculum, assist with ACGME accreditation requirements for our residents in conjunction with supervision of residents and care of private patient panel. Anticipated 50/50 split between private practice and resident supervision/teaching duties with 8 ½ day sessions weekly.
