Join 4 well-respected Interventional/Invasive Cardiologists in a very established, busy practice currently in 2 locations in the Las Vegas metro area. With a staff of 22 employees, the office has an EMR system and is paperless. In-house diagnostics include Nuclear Medicine, Echos, Treadmills, EKGs and Holter monitors.  They do Coag Pro-Times in both offices and have in-house blood draw capabilities.  Office hours are 8-4, Monday-Friday.  They see approximately 15-18 patients/day and those that do procedures, do about 5/week in the hospital.  Call is 1:4 at 3 hospitals, adding a fourth in the Fall. Partners describe the practice as a boutique cardiology practice offering very personalized care.  Excellent referral sources. and no capitated contracts.

Outstanding base salary with bonus potential the first year.  Second year salary offers a bonus. Three years to partnership with NO buy-in.  Cardiologists are all contracted via their PCs to the PLLC.  As a partner, keep % of individual collections, the rest going to overhead.  Profits, less expenses, determine bonuses to the docs prorated based on production.  Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurances. Malpractice tail is a tiered model up to five years when completely covered, 401K after one year, paid time off is 30 days including a week for CMEs with a $1500 stipend.

The ideal candidate must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Cardiology, planning to take the Cardiology Board exam in the near future.  Must be be Interventional or Invasive fellowship trained with strong communications skills and a team player.
