**Urology opening in Tulsa, OK** * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed position * Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities * Joining an established practice with 5 physicians and 1 PA * Supportive administrative staff, 1 LPN, 1 nurse/provider, 1 1st assist for all procedures (In process of hiring 2nd) * Replacing a retiring provider who has been with system for over 13 years * Office has 3 exam rooms per provider * Procedure rooms: 2 cystoscopy rooms/2 Ultrasound rooms * Population Served: Adult (18 years and up/ exception for ages 15-17 if approved by provider) * Operating Room Availability: 2 days to 2.5 days per week * 2 Da Vinci robots in main operating rooms (robotics not required) * General/ interest in female reconstruction preferred * Schedule: 2- 2.5 days in operating room, 2.5 - 3 days in clinic * Hours: 8:30am- 5pm (See last patient at 4:30pm) * Hospital call: Currently 1:6 (Unassigned, ER and trauma for 2-3 days at a time) * Clinic call: Currently cover call for own patients during the week * Weekend call: Currently 1:3 Weekends (Friday 5pm- Monday 7am) * Clinic volume: 30 patients per day * Surgical volume: 10-14 operating cases per week, which is split evenly among their 2 days in the operating room (5-7 cases per day) * Teaching Opportunity: None currently offered but it is available if desired by candidates * Competitive compensation and benefits! * 2 year salary guarantee starting at $450k, then RVU compensation * Model ($55/wRVU, around 8,200 wRVU total) * Current providers are producing around 12,000 wRVU and earning between $650,000- $750,000 * Call pay is negotiable * 5 weeks' vacation * CME allowance: $7,500 * Relocation * Commencement bonus Resting beside the Arkansas River in northeast Oklahoma, Tulsa is known as Green Country for its green, rolling hills.The city boasts a beautiful riverfront with more than 50 miles of scenic trails for hiking, biking, jogging and rollerblading along the banks of the Arkansas River.
