A prestigious Michigan health system is seeking a medical director of inpatient psychiatry for a community hospital located in a suburb minutes from downtown Detroit. The position is 100% inpatient, and you will be working a team of other psychiatrists and a full support staff. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday. Call is six to eight weekends per year. A Michigan license in hand is preferred, and CompHealth can assist with obtaining state licensing. Candidate must be board certified within three years of eligibility. Residents or fellows with ties to the Detroit area are welcome to apply as are H-1B candidates.
