Job Details

  • Superior clinical skills and decision-making abilities. Will work 80% administratively and 20% clinically
  • EMR: EPIC 
  • Employed position
  • 5+ years' experience in ambulatory medicine preferred 
  • Provide input for quality and risk policies and procedures
  • Provide physician oversight clinical peer review
  • Oversee documentation and care planning
  • Directly reports to Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services
  • Attend one Regional Practice meeting monthly
  • Address physician clinical behavior and impairment issues
  • Visa sponsorship available 


  • Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred

  • Active IL license or ability to obtain

  • Medical degree or an equivalent foreign degree as determined by a written evaluation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executives, physicians, staff and patients
