Schedule: Traditional clinic work week, M-F; no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time.
Call: Practice call shared with other eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine (Currently 1:24).

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 450+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Practitioner (FP) with an option for obstetrics (MD/DO) to join a robust clinic-based practice; if desired, endoscopy privileges are available.
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group–Elm (SAMG-Elm) is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. This busy multi-specialty clinic employs family medicine, pediatric, occupational medicine and urgent care providers. SAMG-Elm is conveniently located adjacent to HCA® West Valley Medical Center.

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
- Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment).
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
