This Florida Medical Center and this University Emergency Medicine Residency Program, 17 miles from Orlando, seeks an Emergency Medicine Program Director.
Qualifications needed for this Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director include but not limited to:
• Have requisite specialty expertise and documented and administrative experience acceptable to the Review Committee
• Certification by the American Board of Emergency Medicine
• Current medical licensure
• Three years of experience as a core faculty member in an ACGME accredited emergency medicine program
•Emergency Department has 50+ beds and 8+bed Pediatric Emergency Department with 81,000+ combined annual Emergency Department visits - 65,000+ Main Emergency Department and 15,000+ Pediatric Emergency Department
•This is a Level II Trauma Center
Must have active ATLS, BLS, ACLS and PALS. 15+ trauma CME's and 9+ stroke CME's.
The Medical Center is a Joint Commission accredited 400+bed level II trauma hospital.
