Busy hospital-employed group of 6 board-certified Urologists and two midlevel providers is growing to meet increasing community demand. This collegial group of excellent physicians practice in a new office located on the hospital campus easily accessible to the OR and daVinci robot.  Strong community need guarantees that a new physician will have a vibrant practice very quickly. Ideal candidate will be have general urology training. Candidates with subspecialties will also be considered.

Package includes a competitive salary,  256 hours of PTO, malpractice insurance including a tail, sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement and CME stipend. Call and consults are shared evenly.

The Network, which employs over 100 primary care providers, is seeking an outstanding BC/BE  Practice physician. The opportunity is one of an outpatient service model with no hospital coverage. Physicians in the Network enjoy collegial relationships with their fellow providers and a community that is extremely loyal to the  system of care.

Salary is commensurate with experience and MGMA salary guidelines are consulted. A two-year salary guarantee is followed thereafter by an annual compensation comprised of a base salary with the opportunity to add a specified percentage of one's base salary to the annual compensation by meeting established metrics in productivity, quality and citizenship. A generous benefits package includes 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend above the national average, malpractice insurance with tail, the reimbursement of relocation expenses, and payment of licenses and fees. Additional benefits available may include visa support, loan forgiveness and a monthly stipend with the early signing of a contract while still attending residency or fellowship.
