Established private practice of 54+ has additional openings. They cover 12 hospitals and 5 outpatient facilities. State of the art equipment, full PACS. Average volume per rad is 14,000. Weekend call is 1:4, there is no mandatory overnight call as this is optional for additional income. All physicians starting compensation (salary with bonus) first year will be low 300k’s, 8 weeks’ vacation (until partnership then 12 weeks) with all benefits. All positions (excluding the 7 on/14 off) offer partnership after 3rd year.
MSK Rad willing to also do general diagnostics.
Neuroradiologist with CAQ –Expect to do 90% in your subspecialty. Responsibilities will include interpretation of adult and spine neuroimaging; head and neck neuroimaging, fluroscopically guided spine interventions including therapeutic pain injections and myelography, stroke imaging including perfusion, clinical multidisciplinary conferences and limited academic medical center activities. You will work in both academic and private practice setting providing subspecialty interpretation and consultations of neurosurgery, ENT, neurology, orthopedic spine and oncology specialties throughout the referral region. You will share week day and weekend day and evening in-house call with the neuroradiology section. Night call is currently staffed by internal nighthawk team with limited participation by the section.
Nights – 7 on/14 off Established private practice of 54 Rads is seeking additional overnight Radiologist. They cover 12 hospitals and 5 outpatient state of the art facilities in North Carolina. Work ON SITE 7 nights (10pm - 7am)/ 14 off. The ideal neuro candidate has interest and expertise in stroke imaging and will contribute to additional non-neuro imaging. Body candidates will handle all aspects of Body and general diagnostics. Volume is 200 studies split between two radiologists -final reads. Employed position. Salary with bonus is a minimum of 320k, malpractice, health insurance and 401k.
General Radiologist is needed in their outlying hospital about 70 miles from Charlotte or Asheville. Candidates must be proficient in general radiology techniques including X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, biopsies, and light interventional radiology. This position would share responsibilities between office and hospital settings. The new hires primary location would be based in Lenoir. Vibrant community has endless opportunities for outdoor recreation and easy access to the mountains. Call is approximately once a month with volume averaging 80 to 100 studies per day.
General Radiologist is needed in their outlying hospital about 40 miles from Charlotte. Candidates must be proficient in general radiology techniques including X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, biopsies, and light interventional radiology. Annual volume is 20k per rad.
