A large academic health network in Pittsburgh is recruiting for its Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. There are currently a large number of GI faculty, 5 mid-level providers and 60 staff members to direct GI strategy. The facility has 26 clinical offices and 8 endoscopy Centers. The Division of Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition has strong clinical programs and also has a fellowship program. The division boasts multi-disciplinary expertise with Centers of Excellence in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Liver and Transplant Hepatology, Celiac, Pancreas and Biliary Disorders, Nutrition and Functional Bowel.
The candidate must be board certified/eligible in Gastroenterology and have or be eligible for a PA medical license. Advanced endoscopic skills such as ERCP, not required, but a plus.
