We greatly value the input and leadership of our physicians and encourage each physician to actively participate in department meetings, SAMG leadership council and in matters of practice/service line development. The physician must demonstrate a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and work cooperatively with associates and other providers. The physician must also be willing to oversee and supervise mid-level providers.
