ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR

The Associate Medical Director (AMD) works with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and staff to ensure the success of clinical efforts to support primary care practice transformation and ensure that the medical practice is providing evidence-based, high-quality care. Additionally, as a primary care physician, the Associate Medical Director works as a part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Compensation dependent upon experience. Full Benefits package.
Education & Experience: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine, successful completion of a three-year accredited residency program and current California licensed, Board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality, evidence-based care appropriate to the age and needs of the patients At least five years of post-graduate medical experience; a previous leadership role preferred. Demonstrated commitment to high quality health care for low income, ethnically diverse populations. Demonstrated commitment to controlling outpatient and inpatient specialty and procedure costs.
