Little Rock, AR: We are looking for a Neurologist with training and skills in Neurophysiology to join a neuro-diagnostic lab and seizure unit in this popular capital city.
Our client is a large regional healthcare system with leading edge technology and a fully integrated EMR system. The selected physician will interpret EEGs, Intra-operative EEGs, various evoked potentials, and all NCV studies that include cranial. You will also perform EMGs (inpatient and outpatient). There is a very robust referral base for EMGs with the potential to perform as many as 10-15 per day.
If desired, you may work with patients in the seizure investigation unit as well. A new 4-bed unit offers 3 32-channel Nicolet systems, and a 64-channel system too. This unit is located on a neurology floor with cardiac telemetry monitoring capabilities, and a separate physician reading room – plus the ability to monitor seizure systems from office or home.
The selected physician will join the team on an employed basis, and will earn an above average base salary plus bonuses a full array of hospital benefits resulting in a HIGHLY competitive package (details to be shared with qualified candidates).
