The new Hospitalist will join an established 24-7 Hospitalist program.  It’s a 7on-7off schedule with 17-20 encounters on average.  There are no call responsibilities and critical care is not required.  Procedures are truly optional.  You are well supported in this environment with Advanced Practitioners, dedicated Case Managers, dedicated Program Medical Director, dedicated RN Program Manager, and over 300 on the medical staff.  
This teaching facility has been recognized as a Centers of Excellence in Neuroscience, Cancer Care, Orthopedics, and Cardiac Care.  It is the largest medical facility in the tri-state region, the county's largest private employer (2,400 employees), and the tertiary care hospital (almost 400 beds) is among the largest healthcare facilities in the state servicing 400,000 people in the service area.
